Terms of use
Last updated 2026-09-08.
BedGuide is an educational website about beds and mattresses. Elite Digital AI Solutions Ltd (Companies House 17250017) publishes it. We do not sell beds. We do not give medical or legal advice. Guides are desk research, not a shop. Using this site means you accept these terms. The law of England and Wales applies.
1. Who we are
BedGuide (bedguide.co.uk) is operated by Elite Digital AI Solutions Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company no. 17250017), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ. By using this website you agree to these terms.
2. Information, not advice
Everything on this site is general education. It is not medical advice. It is not legal advice. It is not a recommendation to buy a named mattress or bed. Talk to a doctor or pharmacist about health. Read your own contract, or use a qualified adviser, for a named dispute.
3. No shop and no rankings
BedGuide does not sell beds, mattresses or bedding. There is no checkout. There are no affiliate links. There are no sponsored rankings. Official company website links in the directory are for reference only. We earn nothing when you follow them.
The partnership interest page collects enquiries about possible future advertising. Paid bookings are not open. Preparing or sending an enquiry does not reserve space, form a contract or change any editorial decision. Any future paid placement would need separately agreed terms, a clear advertising label and a defined duration.
4. Accuracy
We check sizes, rules and company facts against published sources. Pages show when they last changed. Rules and company status can still change after a page is written. Confirm a size, a warranty or a Companies House record before you rely on it.
5. Using our content
You may read the guides, print a page, and share a link. You may quote a short extract with a credit and a link to the page. You may not copy large parts of the site to sell as your own. Machine-readable copies (Markdown twins, llms.txt, open data) are for retrieval with attribution to the source URL.
6. Acceptable use
Do not try to break the site, overload it, or use it for a crime. Do not scrape the directory to spam companies.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from relying on a guide, from a purchase you make elsewhere, or from the site being briefly down. Nothing here removes liability that English law does not let us remove, including for fraud.
8. Privacy and cookies
How we handle emails, logs and cookies is on the privacy policy and the cookie policy. Analytics stays off until you press Accept.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version always lives at this address. Material changes are dated at the top of the page. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
