Submit your website to BedGuide
Last updated 2026-09-08.
UK bed factories, makers and shops can email BedGuide to be checked for a free company profile. You need an active Companies House number and a working official website. A listing is a reference, not an advert. We do not take a fee. We write the page. You cannot buy wording or rank.
Submit your bed or mattress website
Prepare a free listing request for the editor. A working business website is required, including shops built with Shopify or other website software. Social profiles and marketplace shops can support a listing, but cannot replace your website.
Your request is ready to send
Check the message below. Open it in your email app or copy it into an email to [email protected]. It has not been sent to BedGuide.
Who is this page for?
This page is for UK bed factories, mattress makers, retailers and direct-to-consumer brands. It is also for a listed firm that needs a fact corrected. A listing request is free. For possible future advertising, use our separate partnership interest page. Paid bookings are not open, and an enquiry cannot influence a listing.
What must already be true?
We only list a firm when both checks pass:
- The company is active on Companies House. We skip administration, liquidation and dissolved names.
- The official website works when we open it. We skip parked domains, holding pages and dead shops.
Does a Facebook, Instagram, Amazon or eBay shop qualify?
Your business needs its own working website with a relevant bed, mattress or bedding range and clear contact details. A social account, marketplace storefront or link-in-bio page alone does not qualify. A shop built with Shopify, WooCommerce or other website software can qualify. We check the business and its website, not which software it uses.
If your business meets the website and company checks, include any official social accounts or marketplace shops as supporting links. A business does not need an affiliate programme to be listed. All public website links are ordinary references and earn us no commission.
How we apply those rules is on how we verify company profiles.
What should the email include?
Copy this list into your message:
- Trading name people search (for example Harmony Beds).
- Legal name on Companies House.
- Eight-character Companies House number.
- Official website address, including sites built with Shopify or other shop software.
- Amazon or eBay storefronts and Facebook or Instagram accounts, with evidence that they belong to your business.
- Town and postcode.
- Whether you are a factory, manufacturer, retailer, or direct brand.
- A short list of what you make or sell (divans, pocket sprung, ottomans).
- A warranty, size-guide or about page, if you have one.
Send facts we can check on your site or on Companies House. Do not send prices, star scores, or “best mattress” claims. We will not publish those.
Open an email with this list ready.
What happens after you write?
- We check Companies House and open the official website.
- If both checks pass, we write a short educational profile.
- The profile names the legal company, the town, and the official site.
- We link to your site for reference. We earn nothing when someone follows it.
We write the words. You do not preview or approve the page. That keeps the directory honest. See the editorial policy.
What we will not add
- A paid badge, a higher place in the A–Z, or a “featured” slot.
- Marketing copy you wrote for ads.
- Prices, stock, or a “best in Yorkshire” line.
- A medical claim about sleep or backs.
If you are already listed
Email the same address with the page link and the correct fact. Send a source — the Companies House record or a page on your own site. We correct material errors and date them on the corrections log.
