Partner plan terms

Last updated 2026-10-21.

These partner plan terms cover the paid Featured and Premium plans for UK bed companies on BedGuide. Plans renew automatically through Stripe. You can cancel at any time, and your plan then ends when the paid period ends. Payment buys labelled placements only. It never changes our guides, the A–Z order or our checks.

1. Who is this agreement between?

This agreement is between Elite Digital AI Solutions Ltd (“BedGuide”, “we”) and the business that buys a plan (“you”). Elite Digital AI Solutions Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 17250017, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ. We are the seller of these plans.

This is a business-to-business agreement. You accept it when you start a paid plan. Consumer cancellation rights do not apply, because you buy as a business.

2. Who can buy a partner plan?

Only a company with a verified BedGuide directory profile. That means an active Companies House record and its own working website. You must keep passing those checks while your plan runs. A “Verified listing” is free. Read how to get listed first.

You must work for, or be authorised by, the company you buy for. Before a placement or a lower shop fee starts, we check this, for example by your email domain or a call. If we cannot confirm it, we cancel the plan and refund the payment in full.

3. What plans are there and what do they cost?

4. What does payment buy?

Payment buys only the labelled placements and features listed for your plan in the table above. Nothing else is included.

If you send us a logo or text, you confirm you have the right to let us use it. We use it only for your placement, while your plan runs.

5. What can payment never buy?

Our editorial policy and how BedGuide makes money explain these rules in full.

6. How does billing work?

We bill through Stripe Billing, on BedGuide’s own Stripe account. Stripe is the payment company that takes your card payment.

7. How do I cancel a partner plan?

You can cancel at any time. There are two ways:

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your placement stays live until the end of the period you have already paid for.

8. Can I get a refund?

We do not give part refunds for the rest of a paid period when you cancel. There are two exceptions:

9. When can BedGuide suspend a plan?

We can suspend or end a plan if:

If we suspend or end a plan for these reasons, we refund the unused part of your fees pro rata. Pro rata means in proportion to the time left in the paid period.

10. Can prices change?

Yes. We will email you at least 30 days before a price change. The new price applies from your next renewal after that notice. If you do not agree, cancel before the renewal.

11. What does BedGuide not promise?

We do not guarantee any traffic, clicks, enquiries or sales. We do not promise Google rankings or citations in AI answers. Click counts come from our /go/ links. They count visits to your website, not sales. Those visits also arrive tagged utm_source=bedguide, so you can see them in your own analytics.

12. What are the limits of liability?

13. Can these terms change?

We will email you at least 30 days before a material change. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change starts.

14. Which law applies?

This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
