What TOG duvet do I need?
In short
TOG measures thermal resistance: higher TOG means more insulation. UK households often use roughly 4.5 TOG for summer, 10.5 TOG as a year-round middle, and 13.5+ TOG for cold rooms — but comfort is personal and room temperature matters more than a single “correct” number.
What else should I know?
