What is the difference between pillow-top and tight-top?

A pillow-top has a raised comfort pad sewn above the main border seam. A tight-top quilts comfort layers into the main panel without that raised pad. Euro-tops integrate a pad flush with the edge. Pillow-tops are usually rotate-only, not flipable.
