# Reflex Foam

> Reflex foam is a firm, bouncey foam label used on many UK sofa beds and guest mattresses. It recovers faster than classic memory foam. The name alone is not a quality score. Check thickness and density, and whether the bed is for rare guests or every night.

**Definition.** UK retail name for firm, high-resilience polyurethane foam that bounces back quickly — common in sofa beds and guest mattresses.
