# Contact BedGuide

Email [editorial@bedguide.co.uk](mailto:editorial@bedguide.co.uk). One
    editor reads every message. Beds in the BedGuide shop are sold and delivered by the bed company named on
    the order, so contact that company first about delivery, returns or refunds.

## How do I report a mistake on a page?

Email the page address and what you think is wrong. A link to a source helps, such as GOV.UK, a
      British Standard or the maker's own specification. We check it and fix it if we were wrong. Material
      fixes are dated on the public [corrections log](/corrections/). Our

## How do I get a bed company listed?

Follow the steps on [how to get listed](/method/get-listed/). A business needs an active
      Companies House record and its own working website. Listing is free. Nobody can pay for a place or
      kinder wording. [How we verify company profiles](/method/companies/) explains the checks.

## How can my company sell beds on BedGuide?

Apply on [sell on BedGuide](/sell-on-bedguide/). Verified UK bed companies can list beds
      and mattresses in the BedGuide shop. Customers pay you through Stripe, you deliver, and BedGuide
      takes a fee on each sale.

## Can I ask about a partnership or advertising?

Yes. Read the [partner plans](/partners/) first. Paid placements are always labelled. They
      cannot buy a directory place, a badge, kinder wording or a higher position in the A–Z list.

## How do I make a privacy request?

Email us with "Privacy request" in the subject. The [privacy policy](/privacy/) says what we
      hold and your rights. We only hold what you send us by email and your cookie choice.

## How do I report a security problem?

Email us with "Security" in the subject. Our
[security.txt](/.well-known/security.txt) file lists the same contact for automated tools.

## Can BedGuide help with my order or complaint?

For an order from the BedGuide shop, contact the bed company named on your receipt first. They are the
      seller and handle delivery, returns and refunds. If they do not reply within 2 working days, email us
      with your order reference and we will chase them. For orders from other shops, contact that shop.
