# Claim or correct your company profile
 Bed companies listed on BedGuide can claim their free profile or ask for a correction here. Claiming is free. An editor checks that you work for the business, usually by an email from your own website domain. We fix proven errors quickly and never charge to correct a fact.

## Questions about claiming

### Does it cost anything to claim a BedGuide profile?
No. Claiming and correcting a profile is free. Paid partner plans are optional and never change the facts on a profile.

### How do you check that I work for the company?
Use an email address on your company’s own website domain, or tell us where your name and role appear on the official website or Companies House record. We may email the address on your website to confirm.

### What can I change?
Factual details: ranges, links, social profiles, trading names and contact pages. We do not remove accurate facts, such as Companies House status, because a company asks.

### How long does a correction take?
Most proven corrections are made within five working days. Partner plan members are checked within two working days.
